Bain & Company played a huge part in supporting Mars Wrigley procurement in an ambitious upgrade of its capabilities, transforming ways of working and launching thousands of individual initiatives that helped the function exceed its ambitious 4% savings goal in 2022 and establish a savings pipeline of more than 15% across 2023-25.
