Bryn has built the Agile & Strategic Projects team from the ground up over the past four years and led from day one. Bryn and his team act like an internal consultancy within the procurement function.

In this time, Bryn has managed and executed over 70 work streams to deliver on Kraft Heinz’s strategy, specifically in the areas of procurement transformation and innovation, as well as supply chain strategy, corporate strategy, business transformation and value creation. Resulting in enhanced strategies, clear business cases, transformational initiatives, and several hundred million dollars in identified opportunities for the company.

Four years ago, Bryn set up a targeted recruitment strategy that brings in the right talent for the jobs at hand. This so-called ‘creative MBA case competition’ is now recognized as a targeted career path for strong performers in top MBA programmes globally, and team alumni have successfully proven the value of diversity in the procurement function. Members of the team are frequently referenced by leaders both in and outside procurement as future leaders for the company, and those that have been promoted are doing just that: leading teams and key initiatives at both a global and local level.

In addition, Bryn paired his team set-up with an agile deployment to accelerate results delivery combined with a unique talent incubator that is being recognised internally and by industry peers as a success story.
