GE Vernova procurement organization deals with thousands of transactions every day with more than 3,500 external suppliers around the globe. There is huge dependency with external suppliers and cross-functional teams in the company’s value chain, which caused issues such as customer delivery misses due to supplier delays and promise slippages, cost escalations due to vendor negotiation delays and sudden price inflation requests, execution delays from cross-functional teams due to conflicting priorities, and many more. These created big hurdles in day-to-day operations.

GE Vernova Transactional Lean and Procurement Daily Management platform helps to connect the daily tasks and priorities of cross-functional teams and external suppliers and provide real-time data insights into supply chain challenges, enabling proactive problem-solving to avoid negative customer impacts.
