The SEIC is the only global community in existence that brings together experts from across the industry divide to help functions systemise, accelerate and profit from Supplier-Enabled Innovation initiatives.

The SEIC Methodology

Underpinning the SEIC is a methodology comprised of 8 modules, 31 focus points and 5 collaboration phases, which was developed in collaboration with the SEIC Steering Committee.

Together with our Diagnostic Tool, it is designed to provide the community with a means to assess their current approach to SEI approach and offer guidance as to how they can drive collaborative efforts forward.

Monthly insight calls

One hour group calls in which community members share insights around specific projects they have carried out within their SEI initiatives

Quarterly accelerators

A focused event on specific issues around SEI that combines case studies and workshops designed to provide practical solutions

 

Case studies

Written case studies that document the initiatives run by SEI teams. They focus on the how and why you could do something similar

Research reports

Detailed research to gauge the trends emerging from within the community

Guides

Guides to showcase how teams can work to implement different aspects of the SEIC methodology

Tools and templates

Re-usable tools and templates that have been created within the community to build an SEI initiative or drive collaboration with suppliers
